I want to share some reflections on the Institutional Profile and the Institutional Development Plan 2020-2024 of IFSul. The plan establishes important guidelines for academic and institutional development, including the promotion of excellence in teaching, research, and outreach, as well as the valuing of civic education and inclusion.
I believe that, for the proposed goals to be fully achieved, it is fundamental to strengthen the participation of the entire academic community, encouraging suggestions and projects that are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Institutional Development Plan. In this way, we can ensure that IFSul continues to evolve sustainably and innovatively.
