Hello,

I'm developing a third-party tool to generate detailed completion reports for students, specifically focusing on video resources added via the "External Tool" activity.

I'm running into an issue where the standard Moodle API endpoint for activity completion (core_completion_get_activities_completion_status) returns state: 0 (incomplete) for video activities, even after the video has been watched to $100\%$ and the Moodle "External Tool" is set to grade based on completion.

My precise question is:

Is there a specific, custom local_... Moodle API endpoint or an alternative method that the IFSul system uses to accurately report the completion status (state: 1) for videos embedded via External Tool (LTI) activities? I need a reliable way to confirm that the watch data has been properly recorded and recognized by the system.

Any insight into the local configuration or a working API call would be extremely helpful!

Thanks
